Narrative Description   

This is a temporary backfill related to the Accounting Migration project. The existing accountant will be appointed into project position. The Assistant, Accounting will be responsible for all accounting and book-keeping duties for office.

Responsibilities   

Be responsible for accounting duties of Beijing Rep office including monitoring cash flow, expense reports, bank transfers, journal/general ledger and monthly bank reconciliation, etc.
Be in charge of intercompany accounting transactions.
Be responsible for monthly/yearly end closing.
Help Finance manager to handle Tax and related issues.
Manage fixed assets of BJS office.
Liaise with internal and external auditors during the audit and provide documentations, as well as proper clearance of local books reconciliation in compliance with local laws and regulations.
In cooperation with Country Manager and Finance manager, prepare forecast and yearly budgets.

Qualifications and Skills   

University degree in accounting
Minimum 3-5 years experience in accounting
Some experience in Pringting factory.
Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese
